Our size is flat size before inflate, after inflate, the size will little small than that.

The balloons have self sealing valves. Once inflated the balloon will stay up for over a week. The balloons can be filled with air to attach to any surface. 

The balloon will come flat and need inflating after you receive it.
This is a small size for decorate. It couldn't fly even inflate helium.
